DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The RESEARCH FOR YOU service gives you the opportunity to find, through our support, a product (not present in our shop) at a lower price than the price you could find on your own.
This is thanks to our developed network of suppliers which allows us to purchase products at wholesale prices.
How the service works:
- Make sure that the product you are looking for is not already present in our shop;
- If the product is not present in our shop, send us the detail of the product you are interested in (or a link that represents it) to the email ebccluj@outlook.com;
- Once the email has been received (with the indication of the product), our operators will start searching by consulting the wholesalers with whom we collaborate;
- Once you have found the product you are interested in, our operators will send you an email with the description, purchase price and delivery times;
- You will proceed with the purchase only if you reply to the email confirming that you wish to proceed with the purchase, following the methods that we will indicate.
